Canfield Solitaire
Canfield Solitaire is a classic and difficult card game, offering two modes of play: easy and hard. The goal is to move all cards to the foundations, building them up by suit starting from a base card. At the beginning of each game, the player receives 13 reserve cards, with the first card becoming the base foundation card that determines the suit order for building. The remaining reserve cards are face down and can be uncovered as the game progresses. Canfield stands out for allowing cards on the tableau to be moved in any descending sequence, requiring thoughtful planning for every move.
How to play Canfield Solitaire?
Use the mouse to control the game. It features an easy mode (one deck) and a hard mode (three decks). Cards are drawn from the stock, and players can undo moves and use hints. Foundations are built upward by suit, starting from the base card to the king. On the tableau, cards are arranged in descending order regardless of suit. Once the moves are exhausted, the deck can be reviewed repeatedly until the correct layout is achieved. Precision and strategic thinking are essential to win.
